1. Cleanse Gently!
Never wash your face with soap or anything with the ingredient “Sodium Lauryl Sulfate”. These tend to strip your natural oils causing irritation. Instead, look for gentler options free of soap and detergents. As the days start to get colder, you'll want your skin's oil reserves to be at their best!
2. Exfoliate Regularly
Exfoliating keeps your skin clear and makes everything else you use work better. Same as your cleanser, choosing a gentle scrub that does not have large particles that can cause micro-tears in your pores.
3. Eat Seasonally and Drink Plenty of Water
In Ayurvedic tradition, eating what's in season is the key to optimal health, inside and out. Hope you like pumpkin!
4. Try a Face Oil!
Oil gets a bad rap. In all actuality, face oils are the best hydrators for our skin. In their purest form they will not only provide long lasting hydration, but over time, improve the overall look and feel of your skin, especially in these chillier months.
