DIY Hydrating Body Wrap

You know those fancy spa treatments that aren’t facials or massages? I’m talking about “body treatments”. Some of them could get quite messy (ever try to cover your body from neck to toe with green clay?) but some of them are easy to do at home. The most popular at home body treatment is a body scrub. You might have a store bought one right now in your bathroom or perhaps you’ve tried one of my recipes. When it comes to this recipe however, it couldn’t get any easier. With 3 ingredients tops, you’ll want to do this luxurious treatment every week!

 Hydrating Body Wrap

3 parts pure shea butter

1 part Vitamin E oil

several drops essential oil of choice

 Mix ingredients to combine. Apply to your entire body right after a shower or bath. Please note you will be very greasy for an hour or so so apply socks and wrap yourself in a towel or terry bathrobe until absorbed.
